Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S.EE degree with 2+ years experience.
• M.S.EE degree with 1+ year experience.
• Coursework in CMOS Circuit Design and VLSI.
• Coursework including physical layout of circuits.
• Knowledge and experience using Cadence Virtuoso.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize layouts for memory products.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Process, and Product teams.
• Utilize layout tools for place and route and ensure LVS/DRC compliance.
• Contribute to innovative layout methodologies and process improvements.
