Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Lab Scientist Application to provide scientific expertise for IC/IC-MS demonstrations and pre-sales support, enabling customer success in chromatography applications. You will collaborate with sales and internal teams to tailor demonstrations, troubleshoot data, and drive product adoption.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience with chromatography and mass spectrometry instruments, software, data analysis, and techniques.
• Expert competency with qualitative and quantitative IC/IC-MS workflows and sample preparation.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific expertise and support to customers, sales teams, and internal partners to resolve analytical challenges using chromatography and mass spectrometry.
• Conduct product demonstrations and pre-sales support at customer sites.
• Develop and optimize applications, troubleshoot data, and interpret complex datasets.
