Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry or related discipline with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience considered.
• Expertise in liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry method development.

Responsibilities

• Train and support customers with Waters LC/MS instruments.
• Demonstrate clinical solutions to customers through sample analyses.
• Support sales colleagues with technical expertise during customer interactions.
• Build strong relationships with the customer base to provide suitable advice.

Skills

Expert in liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry

Experience in large molecule applications

Customer success orientation

Fluency in Spanish

Education

Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry or related discipline with 1-2 years of experience

Master of Science degree with 3-5 years of experience

Bachelor's degree with more than 5 years of LC/MS experience
