Job summary

Miami Technical Services is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide leadership for a large federal services program supporting critical IC/DoD operations. The role requires overseeing contract performance, budgets, staffing, and subcontractors across geographically distributed teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing government contracts, strong business acumen, and the ability to interface with senior Government and corporate leadership to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required; ability to obtain a higher clearance may be necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience supporting IC and DoD programs.
• At least 7 years of senior program management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing large service delivery contracts and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing program budgets, staffing, subcontractors, and contractual performance requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior Government representatives and corporate leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for contract performance, including cost, schedule, quality, staffing, and technical delivery.
• Serve as the primary management interface with Government representatives and senior customer stakeholders.
• Lead program managers, functional managers, technical personnel, and subcontractor organizations.
• Ensure program activities comply with contractual requirements, applicable regulations, security requirements, and company policies.
• Develop and manage program budgets, staffing plans, resource forecasts, and performance reporting.
• Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Establish effective communication, reporting, and management practices across program activities.
• Oversee recruiting, employee retention, professional development, and workforce performance.
• Manage subcontractor relationships, deliverables, and contractual responsibilities.
• Identify and mitigate program risks affecting performance, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead customer meetings, program management reviews, and executive briefings.
• Coordinate with corporate leadership and shared services to ensure effective program support.
