Job summary

Miami Technical Services seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a large federal services program, overseeing execution, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction in IC/DoD operations.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing large contracts, multidisciplinary teams, and geographically distributed operations, with strong business and IT/cyber skills and a clear leadership style.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain higher clearance if needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, CS, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years in IC/DoD programs.
• At least 7 years of senior program management experience.
• Experience managing large service delivery contracts and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for contract performance including cost, schedule, quality, staffing and technical delivery.
• Interface with Government representatives and senior customer stakeholders.
• Lead program managers, functional managers, technical personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, regulations, security, and company policies.
• Develop and manage budgets, staffing plans, and performance reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting performance, schedule and cost.
• Coordinate with leadership and shared services for program support.
