Job summary

IC Enable in Richardson, TX is seeking a senior PMO-focused leader to drive programs from proposal through production across IC design projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules, resources and budgets, and interface with management and customers at the executive level.

Strong engineering knowledge of IC design flows and fabrication considerations is required. The role demands hands-on coordination across multiple functions, with emphasis on delivering quality, on-time

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Applicable Field with 3+ years of IC product design experience.
• Understanding of digital and analog/mixed signal design; RF experience desired.
• Proven record of technical project leadership developing integrated circuits.
• Thorough understanding of silicon development tools and processes.
• Strong communication, debugging and analytical skills with complex technical concepts.
• Experience with a variety of manufacturing technologies and design applications preferred.
• Role requires candidate to be approved under ITAR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key PMO staff member and provide leadership to development teams.
• Lead teams in scheduling, resource planning, budget and project metrics.
• Interface with IC Enable management and customers; communicate at executive level.
• Represent IC Enable in negotiations with suppliers, IP vendors and foundries.
• Set goals for customer satisfaction and quality of deliverables.
• Support quality management and continuous improvement activities.
• Grow yourself and the organization through proactive training.
• Be hands-on across proposal to production supply chain management.
