Job summary

IC Enable in Richardson, TX is seeking a senior PMO-focused leader to drive programs from proposal through production across IC design projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules, resources and budgets, and interface with management and customers at the executive level.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Applicable Field with 3+ years of IC product design experience.
• Understanding of digital and analog/mixed signal design; RF experience desired.
• Proven record of technical project leadership developing integrated circuits.
• Thorough understanding of silicon development tools and processes.
• Strong communication, debugging and analytical skills with complex technical concepts.
• Experience with a variety of manufacturing technologies and design applications preferred.
• Role requires candidate to be approved under ITAR compliance requirements.

• Richardson, TX, Full Time (Hybrid work mode)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key staff member of the Program Management Office (PMO) and provide leadership and project management expertise to development teams.
• Lead development teams in all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, resource planning, budget and project metrics. A strong, engineering knowledge of IC design flows and functions is expected.
• Manage cross-functional teams and serve as the primary interface with IC Enable management and our customer. Strong communication skills are a must.
• Represent IC Enable at an executive level in negotiations with suppliers, IP vendors and foundries
• Set goals for customer satisfaction and quality of deliverables for all projects
• Support quality management continuous improvement activities at the business and team level
• Continuously grow yourself and your organization’s performance through proactive thinking on personal, design and technology training
• Ability to be hands-on and flexible across multiple functional roles from proposal to production supply chain management
• Manage your organization’s financial and project objectives as well as proactively seeking out new business opportunities

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Applicable Field with 3+ years of experience in IC product design, or equivalent
• Understanding of digital and analog/mixed signal design (digital front end and RF experience is desired)
• Proven record of technical project leadership success developing integrated circuits
• Must have thorough understanding of best practices for silicon development tools and processes
• Strong communication, debugging and analytical skills with complex technical concepts
• Experience with a variety of manufacturing technologies and design applications preferred
• Role requires candidate to be approved under ITAR compliance requirements
