Smithfield Foods is seeking a Senior Integrated Business Planning Analyst to lead design, testing, rollout and performance monitoring of Supply Chain Systems and applications. You will serve as super user for supply planning, migration to new tools, and deployment planning, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
The role requires SAP SD/PP/MM, Anaplan, SQL and Python experience, plus 5+ years in a consumer-packaged goods environment, with travel up to 15%-25%.

The Senior Integrated Business Planning Analyst leads project design, testing, rollout and performance monitoring for support of Supply Chain Systems and Applications and interfaces with other areas of the Business. This role is critical in the rollout of new functionality and enhancements of existing tools and functionality which support supply planning. The Senior Integrated Business Planning Analyst plays a critical role in developing & leading projects that involve Integrated Business Planning tool functionality, support of migrating users to new tools, process management creation, and troubleshooting existing issues. The incumbent acts as super user for supply planning, reporting and deployment and understands master data as it relates to MPS, DRP and deployment planning.
The expected pay range for this position is $75,000 - $110,000 annually. Smithfield Foods provides pay ranges that reflect its good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage the company reasonably expects to pay for a position at the time of hire. Individual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, location of the position, the candidate’s qualifications and experience, internal equity, external market pay for comparable positions and budget considerations. At Smithfield Foods, base pay represents only one aspect of the comprehensive total rewards package.
