Job summary

Ferrara is seeking a Sr. Analyst, IBP Process Governance to lead governance, standardization, and continuous improvement across the organization.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Operations to ensure consistent planning processes and accurate information supports key business decisions. This highly cross-functional role focuses on developing planning capabilities, improving collaboration, and driving Ferrara's IBP maturity with dashboards,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, IBP, S&OP, Operations, or related functions.
• Experience supporting cross-functional planning processes.
• Experience creating process documentation, governance standards, or business reporting.
• Experience in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of IBP or S&OP processes preferred.
• Experience with data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP IBP Fiori).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Ferrara's monthly Integrated Business Planning governance process with meeting prep and action follow-up.
• Maintain and improve IBP governance standards, docs, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor adherence to planning processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Operations on enhancements.
• Develop training materials to strengthen adoption of IBP standards.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and governance communications.
• Support planning transformation initiatives and IBP maturity.
• Create governance scorecards and metrics to measure effectiveness.
• Support KPI reporting, executive dashboards, and business reviews.
• Analyze planning performance and identify improvements in efficiency, service, inventory, and forecast accuracy.
• Assist with change management, training, and communications for IBP enhancements.
