Job summary

Ferrara seeks a Sr. Analyst, IBP Process Governance to drive governance, standardization, and improvements across the organization. You will partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Operations to ensure consistent planning processes and decision-ready data.

You will develop training materials, dashboards, and scorecards to elevate IBP maturity and governance adherence while supporting transformation initiatives and executive reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years in Supply Chain, IBP, S&OP, Operations or Project Management.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional planning processes.
  • Experience creating process documentation, governance standards, or business reporting.
  • CPG/manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of IBP or S&OP processes preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP IBP Fiori).
  • Strong analytical and process improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage Ferrara's monthly IBP governance process.
  • Maintain IBP governance standards, docs, and procedures.
  • Monitor compliance and identify efficiency improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.

  • Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Support planning transformation initiatives and IBP maturity.
  • Develop governance scorecards and compliance metrics.
  • Support KPI reporting and business reviews.
  • Analyze planning process performance for efficiency, service, inventory, and forecast accuracy.

Due to the highly interactive and team-based nature of this role, in-person attendance for most of the workweek (i.e., 3 days or more) is essential for: effective communication including during in-person meetings, strong supervision, real-time problem-solving, and participation in cross-functional initiatives.

As the Sr. Analyst, IBP Process Governance, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by driving governance, standardization, and continuous improvement across the organization.

In this highly cross-functional role, you'll partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to ensure planning processes are executed consistently, governance standards are maintained, and business decisions are supported by accurate information and disciplined processes. You'll help build planning capabilities that improve collaboration, strengthen decision making, and support Ferrara's continued growth.

Ways you will make a difference
  • Coordinate and manage Ferrara's monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) governance process, including meeting preparation, decision tracking, and action follow-up.
  • Maintain and continuously improve IBP governance standards, documentation, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with established planning processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to implement process enhancements and best practices.
  • Develop training materials and support capability-building initiatives that strengthen organizational adoption of IBP standards.
  • Prepare executive reports, governance communications, dashboards, and performance summaries that enable informed business decisions.
  • Support ongoing planning transformation initiatives and help advance Ferrara's IBP maturity.
  • Develop governance scorecards and process compliance metrics to measure planning effectiveness and adoption.
  • Support KPI reporting, executive dashboards, and business performance reviews
  • Analyze planning process performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service, inventory, and forecast accuracy
  • Support change management, training, and communications related to IBP process enhancements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Operations, Project Management, or related functions.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional planning processes.
  • Experience creating process documentation, governance standards, or business reporting.
  • Experience working in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes is preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP IBP Fiori Applications, etc.) preferred
  • Strong analytical and process improvement capabilities

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $ 81,225 - $ 113,715 annually.
