Job summary

CSS is seeking a Senior Developer to own assignments across the full development lifecycle, coding in .NET, Java, and JavaScript, and documenting requirements for standard application functionality.

You will integrate with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, lead code reviews, mentor developers, and collaborate with IT, QA, and product stakeholders on enterprise platforms. This role supports remote work from the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions in a professional setting.
• Knowledge of SDLC and modern development frameworks.
• Proficiency with Agile delivery methodologies and build/CI tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and product owners to translate requirements into technical work across .NET, Java, and IBM Sterling Integrator.
• Design, develop, and support integrations using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and EDI workflows.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor front-end developers, guiding code management and release processes.
• Explore diverse technical options and architectures for complex solutions.
• Write clean, efficient front-end and back-end code in .NET/C#, Java, and JavaScript.
