Job summary

LVT Labs in Atlanta, GA is seeking an IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI) Developer to join the Banking & Payments Integration team. You will design, develop and optimize BPs, maps, and integrations using REST/SOAP, SFTP, and messaging technologies.

You will leverage AI agents to speed up development, improve documentation, and produce mappings with enterprise-grade quality. The role requires strong expertise in IBM Sterling SI, BP development, and complex mapping logic.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with IBM Sterling SI customization and BP automation.
• Experience designing and building AI Agents and Agentic Workflows to accelerate development.
• Hands-on with AI development platforms (GitLab SaaS AI, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Ability to productionize AI outputs per enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize IBM Sterling BPs.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain IBM Sterling Maps (ITX).
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, MQ, and messaging.
• Design reusable workflows, services, and integration components.
• Leverage AI agents to accelerate development and documentation.
