American Greetings in Westlake, OH seeks a Senior B2B Integration Specialist to join our on-site B2B team. You will configure and support IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway, delivering automated integration with partners, retailers, and vendors.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling products, strong skills in XML/XPath/XSLT, and proficiency with SFTP/FTP/AS2. You will coordinate with distributed teams and document technical solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway.
Proficient with BPML, XML, XPATH, XSLT, and file transfer protocols (SFTP/FTP/AS2).
Experience coordinating with distributed development teams and business partners.

Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and support IBM Sterling B2B Integrator BPML processes and configurations.
Develop, deploy Sterling File Gateway templates, routes, and custom file protocols.
Support data transfer protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, HTTP, and ALE.
Incident resolution, troubleshooting, and regression testing.
Coordinate end-to-end testing across development and staging environments.
Create detailed functional/technical specifications for changes.
Provide capability reviews and implement new functionality as needed.
