Job summary

LVT Labs in Atlanta, GA is seeking an IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI) Developer to join the Banking & Payments Integration team. You will design, develop and optimize BPs, maps, and integrations using REST/SOAP, SFTP, and messaging technologies.

You will leverage AI agents to speed up development, improve documentation, and produce mappings with enterprise-grade quality. The role requires strong expertise in IBM Sterling SI, BP development, and complex mapping logic.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with IBM Sterling SI customization and BP automation.
• Experience designing and building AI Agents and Agentic Workflows to accelerate development.
• Hands-on with AI development platforms (GitLab SaaS AI, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Ability to productionize AI outputs per enterprise standards.

We are looking for ahighly skilled integration professional with deep expertise inIBM Sterling B2B Integrator, Business Process (BP)development, IBM Sterling Maps (ITX), and modern AI-assistedsoftware development. The ideal candidate should becomfortable leveraging AI agents, agentic workflows, andprompt engineering to accelerate development while maintainingenterprise-grade quality and reliability.

• Design,develop, and optimize IBM Sterling Business Processes (BPs).
