Job summary
AKAMAiTek is seeking an experienced Senior IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Developer to lead design, development, deployment and optimization of enterprise-grade B2B and EDI integration solutions. You will architect secure data delivery workflows, onboard global trading partners, and ensure high-performance system configurations.
Key responsibilities include end-to-end integration design with Sterling Suite, map development for X12/EDIFACT/XML/JSON, BPML-based process orchestration, secure protocol
Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on IBM Sterling B2B Integrator experience (5.2.6 or 6.x).
- Strong SQL Server / Oracle / IBM i DB SQL scripting and optimization.
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Web Services, REST APIs, and XSLT.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of B2B integration patterns with Sterling Suite.
- Design and build maps for ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, CSV, and flat files.
- Orchestrate business processes using BPML and Sterling adapters.
- Configure secure protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, HTTPS) and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage system migrations from legacy MFT to cloud/hybrid Sterling architectures.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
