Job summary

SARACA is seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Solution Architect and Technical Program Leader to drive large-scale EAM transformations in Orlando, onsite. Immediate start with background check, and oversight of architecture, roadmap, and delivery across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications include 10+ years in IBM Maximo, 5+ years in architecture/leadership, PMP/PMI-ACP, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IBM Maximo experience.
• 5+ years in Maximo Solution Architecture or technical leadership.
• Proven experience with IBM Maximo 7.6.x and MAS.
• Experience delivering large-scale Maximo/EAM implementations and transformations.
• Knowledge of data migration, data governance, and enterprise deployments.
• Experience with cloud technologies and enterprise infrastructure (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• PMO, governance, and large program management experience.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification required; PMI-ACP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, implementation, modernization, and support of IBM Maximo 7.6.x and MAS environments.
• Serve as technical authority for EAM architecture, integrations, data, cloud, and infrastructure.
• Develop enterprise Maximo/MAS roadmaps, standards, and implementation strategies.
• Design solutions for asset management, work management, maintenance, and procurement.
• Architect integrations with ERP, SAP, GIS, HR, Finance, IoT, analytics and other systems.
• Lead Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST/SOAP, middleware and enterprise integration.
• Oversee data migration, master data, data governance, and quality.
• Provide cloud-based Maximo/MAS deployment leadership (security, performance).
• Lead geographically distributed teams and governance meetings.
• Mentor teams and drive architecture and engineering best practices.
