Job summary

CTG is seeking a Lead IBM i (AS/400) Engineer for a 12-month engagement. The role is remote with up to 100 hours of onsite support annually in New Jersey; travel and lodging are covered by the client.

You will maintain detailed knowledge of the client's technical environment, serve as the senior escalation resource for IBM i systems, and drive improvements to architecture, performance, patching, firmware, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting IBM i (AS/400) systems and enterprise infrastructure.
• Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues and provide senior escalation support.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
