Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Workflow Software Engineer to join our project team in delivering automation solutions and BPM platforms. You will collaborate with delivery and partner teams to integrate databases and APIs, improving quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing end-to-end BPM workflows, and maintaining documentation. A strong background in IBM BPM/BAW and ServiceNow is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/math or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of work experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on IBM BPM/BAW experience required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and design sessions.
• Design, build, and test BPM workflows and automation end-to-end.
• Collaborate to ensure high-quality integrations and reliable solutions.
• Monitor BPM platforms, perform tuning, upgrades, and defect resolution.
• Diagnose workflow or system issues and provide technical support.
• Create and maintain workflow documentation and standards.
