Job summary

Intrepid is seeking an IBCS Increment 3 Engineering Lead and senior SME to provide advisory and technical leadership within the Systems Engineering team. The role focuses on requirements, traceability, hardware/software development, and platform integration for Increment 3 products.

The contractor will develop executive briefings, participate in high-level discussions with Army/OSD leaders, and ensure engineering discipline across modernization programs while supporting the Hardware Chief

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years relevant experience.
Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
1-5 years IBCS experience.
Experience managing Technical Data Packages (e.g., drawings, interconnect diagrams).
Secret security clearance, maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the IBCS Increment 3 Engineering Lead and senior technical expert for Air Missile Defense Systems.
Provide senior engineering advisor support and technical consultation to the IFMC Systems Engineering workforce.
Monitor and maintain technical integrity across the IBCS Increment 3 modernization program portfolio.
Coordinate collaboration with other program areas, external agencies, and stakeholders on behalf of the government program office.
