Integrity Communications Solutions, Inc. seeks an Engineer IV – Senior Systems Engineer/Technical Lead to provide authoritative technical leadership across system design, development, integration, testing, and operational support for advanced mission planning and operational systems.

The role requires an active Top Secret clearance, onsite presence in Colorado Springs, and a balance of hands-on work with strategic oversight on classified programs.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience leading engineering teams or acting as a Technical Lead or Senior Systems Engineer.
• Experience in systems engineering principles: requirements management, architecture development, integration, verification, validation.
• Experience supporting classified programs with ability to operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Lead for assigned programs and provide authoritative engineering guidance across the systems lifecycle.
• Lead and oversee design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment of complex cyber, space, and mission planning systems.
• Make and recommend high-impact technical decisions influencing architecture, performance and long-term capability.
• Act as a Systems Engineering SME advising senior government and contractor leadership on technical approaches and risk mitigation.
• Mentor and guide team leads and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Coordinate technical solutions with external organizations and partner agencies.
