Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to design, engineer, and maintain a broad Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. You will implement and optimize Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ/ISC, and Entra ID governance, while integrating with AD, LDAP, MFA and SSO across client environments.

You’ll translate complex business needs into secure IAM architectures, partner with stakeholders, and travel to client sites as required in a dynamic, hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC), Saviynt or Entra ID Governance.
• Experience with leading IGA platforms and identity governance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into IAM design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Designing, engineering, maintaining and troubleshooting enterprise IAM solutions.
• Configure connectors, workflows, and integrations across identity platforms.
• Implement and manage IAM tools including Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, MFA, SSO.
• Develop policy rules, RBAC and entitlement governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align security with business goals.
• Travel to client engagements as required.
