Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot Enterprise IAM across Saviynt/SailPoint, leveraging Entra ID, AD, and MFA. You will translate business needs into technical delivery, partnering with client teams to implement governance and access management solutions.

You’ll collaborate across security, risk, and IT operations to ensure compliant, scalable IAM architectures and secure enterprise access.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more IAM platforms such as SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt EIC or Saviynt.
• Strong knowledge of IGA concepts, joiner/mover/leaver workflows and access governance.
• Experience with RBAC, entitlement modeling, and SoD/policy controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop IAM policies and connectors configurations (Saviynt/SailPoint).
• Implement and maintain IAM tooling including MFA, SSO, and directory services.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for delivery.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to design and implement governance frameworks.
