Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking an experienced IAM Solution Architect to lead the design, development and implementation of enterprise IAM solutions. You will ensure secure, scalable identity services across the organization, collaborating with business stakeholders, technology teams and security leadership to define the IAM strategy and deliver modern identity solutions supporting digital transformation.

Qualifications

• IAM architecture experience.
• 5+ years Privileged Access Management experience.
• 8 years Active Directory experience.
• 3 years ENTRA experience.
• 4 years of understanding of identity and access management controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM solution design including authentication, authorization, PIM and lifecycle management.
• Serve as SME in IAM technologies and standards (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, SCIM, PAM, RBAC/ABAC).
• Partner with IT and security to integrate IAM with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS apps.
• Define IAM roadmaps, reference architectures and design patterns.
• Provide technical leadership during vendor evaluations and product selection.
• Guide engineering teams on IAM best practices and secure coding.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, PCI.
