Job summary

Top Prospect Group seeks an IT Security Identity & Access Technical Lead to design, implement, and govern enterprise IAM. You will collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, HR, Engineering and business teams to build a secure, scalable identity ecosystem ensuring seamless access across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 7–12+ years in IT or cybersecurity with deep IAM expertise (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM), strong communication, and experience with Entra ID/Azure AD, PAM (CyberArk), and API

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years in IT and/or cybersecurity within enterprise IAM.
• Deep expertise in IAM frameworks, Zero Trust, and modern identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM).
• Experience with Entra ID/Azure AD, AWS IAM, and GCP IAM.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IAM strategy, roadmap, and governance model.
• Design security solutions for authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and API access controls.
• Lead modernization initiatives including Zero Trust, passwordless, and identity automation.
• Establish API security standards and token lifecycle management.
• Lead PAM solutions including CyberArk.
• Oversee provisioning/deprovisioning across SaaS and on-prem apps.
• Conduct security audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive performance metrics and continuous improvement of IAM services.
