Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Security Identity & Access Technical Leader to design, implement, and govern the organization’s IAM program. You will partner across security, IT, HR, engineering, and business teams to build a scalable identity ecosystem and deliver secure, seamless access experiences.

You will drive IAM strategy, architecture, and governance, overseeing SSO, MFA, API access controls, and privilege management while modernizing with Zero Trust and passwordless approaches.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years in IT or Cybersecurity with enterprise IAM
• Deep expertise in IAM frameworks, Zero Trust, and modern identity protocols
• Experience with on-premise and cloud IAM platforms

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern the IAM strategy, roadmap, and governance model
• Architect and oversee security, authentication, authorization, MFA, SSO, and API access controls
• Lead modernization efforts (Zero Trust, passwordless, AI-driven threat detection)
• Define API security standards and token lifecycle management
• Lead Privileged Access Management implementations (CyberArk)
• Manage user provisioning/deprovisioning across SaaS and on‑prem apps
• Ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulatory requirements
