The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a large volume of action items, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder updates, while independently managing project plans, meetings, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager or Technical Project Manager experience.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, IAM, authentication, infrastructure, or security engineering initiatives.
• Strong Excel, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Quickly create and manage project plans.
• Drive execution across multiple workstreams.
• Lead project meetings and manage follow-ups.
• Track action items, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with security engineering, authentication, and business stakeholders.
• Provide detailed reporting and status updates.
• Support authentication application redesign and related security initiatives.
• Help organize complex efforts and keep teams moving forward.
