Job summary

Kforce has a client in San Antonio seeking an InfoSec Technical Project Manager to lead complex cybersecurity initiatives. You will drive end-to-end delivery of security programs within scope, budget, and schedule, coordinating cross-functional teams across security, technology, and operations.

The role requires 15+ years in project/program management and 5+ years in Information Security, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project/program management experience leading large technology initiatives.
• 5+ years of Information Security or Cybersecurity project experience.
• Experience coordinating multi-workstream and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of IAM, PAM, threat detection, security monitoring, and incident response.
• Familiarity with CyberArk, SailPoint, Splunk, CrowdStrike, and SIEM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Information Security projects and programs.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across security, technology, operations, and business areas.
• Track project progress and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage project governance, change control, and issue resolution.
• Support Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
