Kforce has a client in San Antonio seeking an InfoSec Technical Project Manager to lead complex cybersecurity initiatives. You will drive end-to-end delivery of security programs within scope, budget, and schedule, coordinating cross-functional teams across security, technology, and operations.

The role requires 15+ years in project/program management and 5+ years in Information Security, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project/program management experience leading large technology initiatives.
• 5+ years of Information Security or Cybersecurity project experience.
• Experience coordinating multi-workstream and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of IAM, PAM, threat detection, security monitoring, and incident response.
• Familiarity with CyberArk, SailPoint, Splunk, CrowdStrike, and SIEM platforms.

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an InfoSec Technical Project Manager in San Antonio, TX. Summary: The client is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex cybersecurity and Information Security initiatives. This role is responsible for managing large-scale projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of security programs within scope, budget, and timeline.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Information Security projects and programs
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across security, technology, operations, and business areas
• Track project progress and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Manage project governance, change control, and issue resolution
• Support Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies

Requirements

• 15+ years of project/program management experience leading large technology initiatives
• 5+ years of Information Security or Cybersecurity project experience
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Threat Detection, Security Monitoring, and Incident Response
• Familiarity with security tools such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Splunk, CrowdStrike, and SIEM platforms
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Scrum Master, Six Sigma, or related certification
• Experience delivering cybersecurity programs in large financial services environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
