Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technology programs in large organizations.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation and data handling.
• Ability to review AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, with escalation when needed and proper data handling.
• Advanced stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across product, delivery, risk, and compliance.
• Experience managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Program delivery experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
• Executive communication translating program risk into business terms for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team IAM initiatives with clear scope, milestones, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
• Partner with Product and Delivery teams to translate requirements into product and engineering roadmaps; prioritize to deliver predictable, high-impact results.
• Identify, assess, and facilitate the mitigation of delivery risks.
• Establish program governance and execution rigor (RAID management, dependency mapping, steering forums, escalation paths, decision logs).
• Ensure IAM programs are delivered with regulatory and policy adherence through embedding privacy-by-design and least-privilege principles.
• Apply technical depth to resolve delivery trade-offs and de-risk delivery.
• Manage resources and vendor/partner performance; optimize capacity across internal teams and third parties.
• Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships and executive communications; provide transparent dashboards on roadmap progress, risk posture, and value realization.
• Lead organizational change management—readiness, training, adoption—and drive continuous improvement through process, tooling, and automation.
• Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
