Job summary

Allied Consultants is seeking a contract Senior IAM Engineer to manage the enterprise IAM ecosystem for the Texas DPS project. The role focuses on designing a centralized identity provider framework with SAML 2.0 and OIDC for SSO and MFA, plus lifecycle workflows and application onboarding via REST APIs.

You will collaborate with security and IT teams to maintain consistent IAM practices, perform access reviews, and support provisioning using PowerShell and Python.

Qualifications

• IAM governance, engineering, lifecycle automation, and scripting experience.
• Onboarding applications and integrating with IAM systems.
• RBAC design and certification campaigns.
• Centralized Identity Provider with SSO and MFA.
• SailPoint Identity Security Cloud experience.
• User access reviews with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Integrating applications with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Privilege Access Management implementation.
• Automating user provisioning with PowerShell and Python.
• State government experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a centralized identity provider framework using SAML 2.0 and OIDC for SSO and MFA.
