Job summary

You will work hybrid, onsite in Austin and telework, collaborating with security and IT teams to ensure robust IAM practices and governance throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

• 8 years in IAM governance, engineering, lifecycle automation and scripting.
• 8 years in application onboarding and integration with IAM systems.
• 5 years designing RBAC models with separation of duties and certification campaigns.
• 5 years managing centralized identity providers and configuring SSO, MFA.
• 3 years SailPoint Identity Security Cloud experience.
• 3 years implementing user access reviews with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• 3 years integrating applications with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• 3 years using Privilege Access Management.
• 3 years automating user provisioning and reporting using scripting languages PowerShell and Python.

Responsibilities

• The Software Developer III will manage the enterprise IAM ecosystem throughout the contract.
• Responsibilities include designing and implementing a centralized identity provider framework using SAML 2.0 and OIDC for SSO and MFA, developing lifecycle workflows, onboarding applications via REST APIs, and establishing Role-Based Access Control.
• The role involves integrating IAM solutions across platforms, supporting IGA, Access Management, and Privileged Access Services, and collaborating with security and IT teams to maintain consistent IAM practices.
• Regularly assess IAM technologies, maintain technical documentation, and provide support for Directory, IAM services, servers, and databases.
