Job summary

RESPEC is seeking an IAM Software Developer (Contractor) to spearhead enterprise security modernization for a critical public safety client in Austin, TX. You will own the client’s identity ecosystem, architect centralized authentication, and drive governance and automation across modern and legacy platforms.

You will implement SAML 2.0, OIDC, and RBAC, automate provisioning and reviews with PowerShell and Python, and deploy PAM solutions while maintaining documentation and ensuring secure

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IAM architecture, governance, and application integration experience.
• 5+ years of identity provider architecture, SSO, and RBAC design experience.
• 3+ years of SailPoint Cloud, scripting, and PAM with automated provisioning and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy a centralized identity provider framework using SAML 2.0 and OIDC for SSO and MFA.
• Automate provisioning, access reviews, and audit reporting across cloud and legacy apps.
• Implement RBAC models, separation of duties, and IAM governance workflows.
• Maintain IAM documentation, monitor directories, and troubleshoot integrations.
• Lead application onboarding and PAM deployments with credential vaulting and just‑in‑time access.
