Job summary

Allied Consultants, Inc. an Austin-based firm, seeks a Senior IAM Engineer to manage the enterprise IAM ecosystem, architecting centralized identity with SAML 2.0 and OIDC for SSO/MFA, and driving lifecycle automation. The role partners with security to sustain robust access controls and documentation.

The candidate will design workflows, onboard apps using REST APIs, and coordinate with teams to enforce privileged access practices. Local candidates preferred for hybrid Austin work.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include IAM governance, engineering, lifecycle automation and scripting.
• Experience onboarding applications with IAM systems.
• Designing and implementing RBAC models and cert campaigns.
• Managing a centralized Identity Provider, SSO, and MFA.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a centralized identity provider framework using SAML 2.0 and OIDC for SSO and MFA.
• Develop lifecycle workflows, onboard applications via REST APIs, and establish RBAC.
• Integrate IAM solutions across platforms, support IGA, Access Management, and Privileged Access Services.
• Maintain IAM documentation and support Directory, IAM services, servers and databases.
