Job summary

Extreme Networks seeks a Senior Product Manager for Identity & Access Management (IAM) to shape architecture, governance, and the roadmap of identity across Extreme Platform ONE. You will work with platform, security, and AI teams to enable human operators and autonomous agents while enforcing strict boundaries.

You will translate customer needs into prioritized IAM capabilities, define service levels, and own the lifecycle from validation to adoption, delivering measurable business impact

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise SaaS product management.
• Deep IAM/Identity expertise: OAuth 2.0, SAML, OIDC, token lifecycle, RBAC, ABAC, multi-tenant boundary enforcement, audit trails
• Platform product management with cross-team governance
• Architectural thinking to translate technical specs into business terms
• Agentic systems knowledge for autonomous agents
• Enterprise customer fluency for large organizations
• Security/compliance with IAM platforms (Okta, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra) and SaaS scale

Responsibilities

• Own IAM platform identity architecture and governance.
• Define identity roadmap for Extreme Platform ONE and autonomous agents in a hybrid model.
• Write clear product requirements and user stories for identity capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering and design on architectural decisions for human-agent boundaries.
• Partner on phased rollout, beta programs, and feature flags.
• Own product lifecycle from validation to adoption and measurement.
• Translate customer requirements into prioritized IAM capabilities and SLAs.
