Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive IAM initiatives across the enterprise. You will own delivery for identity and access management projects, translating business needs into technical roadmaps and coordinating across infrastructure, security and applications teams.

You’ll manage platform migrations, policy implementations, and new capability deployments, balancing scope, time and value while leading governance and training efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in project/program management with IAM/enterprise IT focus.
• 5+ years leading IAM, security, or enterprise IT projects.
• 3+ years hands-on with enterprise IAM platforms (Okta, Saviynt, or equivalent).
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM initiatives across enterprise, translating business needs to technical roadmaps.
• Define charters, scopes, schedules, and cost estimates with technical leads.
• Governance board leadership, status updates, risk management, and dependencies.
• Oversee platform migrations and policy implementations with cross‑functional teams.
