Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to enhance and operate enterprise Identity and Access Management platforms, including Ping Identity and LDAP services. This role covers administration, troubleshooting, automation, and on-call support in a 24x7 enterprise environment.

You will implement SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkey solutions, troubleshoot complex auth issues, and collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to maintain secure, scalable IAM capabilities across

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Ping Identity products, LDAP technologies, and authentication platforms.
• 3+ years of Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS), Ping Directory, or other enterprise LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years of Linux and Windows experience.
• 3+ years of PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API-based automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Ping Identity platforms including PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, PingOne MFA, Ping DaVinci, and Risk-Based Authentication.
• Configure and support SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkey solutions.
• Troubleshoot authentication/authorization issues involving SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP.
• Install and maintain LDAP directory services (RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory, ODSEE, IBM Tivoli Directory Server).
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for IAM, SSO, MFA, and LDAP services.
• Perform monitoring, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and vulnerability remediation.
• Support disaster recovery, platform upgrades, and patching activities.
• Collaborate with infra, network, security, and app teams to troubleshoot load balancers, DNS, SSL/TLS, proxy issues.
