Job summary

Fullscript is hiring a Senior Fullstack Developer for its Identity and Access Management team. You will develop and maintain IAM components, including sign-up, login, SSO integrations, and OAuth flows, partnering with product, security, and legal to ensure secure access.

You’ll work across Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Apollo, focusing on reliability, security, and scalability while staying current with evolving security practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with authentication protocols, SSO (SAML, OAuth), RBAC, and MFA.
• Hands-on with Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, GraphQL, and Apollo.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a pod of full-stack engineers to build and maintain IAM capabilities.
• Contribute to backend and frontend codebases with reliability, scalability, and security in mind.
• Participate in design discussions and break projects into actionable tasks.
• Identify improvements to authentication and authorization flows.
• Support IAM systems maintenance and production issue resolution.
• Work with product, security, and legal to ensure data access integrity.
