Fullscript is seeking an IAM-focused software engineer to strengthen authentication, authorization and security across its platform. You will work with a small, skilled pod to design and implement scalable backend IAM features using Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, and Apollo.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with authentication protocols and IAM.
• Strong understanding of security and threat landscapes.
• Familiarity with SAML, OAuth and MFA concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your pod to build and maintain IAM capabilities.
• Contribute to the backend codebase with reliability, scalability and security in mind.
• Join design discussions and break projects into actionable tasks.
• Identify improvements to authentication and authorization flows.
• Support IAM system maintenance and incident resolution.
• Coordinate with product, security and legal for data access compliance.
• Stay updated on evolving security practices and technologies.
