Job summary

MaintainX is seeking Full Stack Developers to join the IAM team, building authentication, authorization, and governance services across the platform. The role spans both frontend and backend, with emphasis on scalable IAM systems and enterprise-grade security.

The team collaborates with Product, Design, and other Engineers to deliver intuitive identity experiences. Strong English skills are required for leadership and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Strong coding skills in C# and/or TypeScript for production-grade apps.
• Familiar with React and Node.js, and modern web auth patterns.
• Interest in IAM—authentication, authorization, user provisioning, permissions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance IAM features across frontend and backend.
• Build and optimize core IAM services for authentication and access control.
• Collaborate with Product/Design/Engineering to craft seamless identity experiences.
• Write clean, secure, testable code in C# and TypeScript.
• Document architecture and guidance for other teams.
• Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and reliability goals.
