Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer specializing in IAM Solutions in the United States. The role focuses on building and maintaining custom identity and access management solutions, with emphasis on lifecycle management, RBAC, provisioning automation, and secure integrations across Okta, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Azure, and AWS.

The engineer will collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business owners to translate IAM requirements into scalable, maintainable designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including IAM related work.
• Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as identity providers, ITSM, and CRM systems.
• Secure integrations and APIs across Okta, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and related systems.
• Experience building automated provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain IAM apps, APIs, services, and automation for identity lifecycle, RBAC, entitlement management, and provisioning workflows.
• Develop full stack solutions enabling secure identity orchestration, access automation, and administrative workflows across platforms such as Okta, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Engineer automated joiner/mover/leaver provisioning and deprovisioning processes to improve speed and accuracy of user access.
• Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure designs.
• Design and implement integrations between IAM platforms and enterprise systems using APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Build and support identity attributes, access roles, group management, and policy-driven automation.
• Write clean, well-documented code and reusable components; participate in SDLC and operational support.
• Troubleshoot incidents, integration failures, and provisioning issues to improve stability.
