Jack Henry invites experienced IAM engineers to join our security-minded team. The Senior IAM Engineer will design, implement, and operate IAM products (Okta, ID verification, JIT), manage access lifecycle, and drive automation.

This role supports RBAC/ABAC/PBAC, integrates with cloud and on-prem directories, and mentors peers. Remote work is possible within the US (except California) with in-person onboarding as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in IT.
• 4+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Scripting, APIs (REST, JSON), databases, and cloud infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, and implement IAM products (Okta, ID Verification, JIT).
• Analyze and implement authorization methods: RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, SOD, and certifications.
• Integrate IAM solutions with cloud and on-prem directories and cloud platforms.
• Build automation and metrics via scripts and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and desired outcomes.
