Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Senior IAM Engineer to develop and enhance identity and access management products. The role includes supporting Okta, ID verification, and JIT software, along with role management, lifecycle management, and access certifications.

The candidate will troubleshoot using SIEM tools, integrate with cloud platforms, and automate IAM processes. The position may be remote within the United States (excluding California).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years IT experience.
• Minimum of 4 years IAM experience.
• Scripting skills, APIs (REST, JSON), databases, and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, and implement IAM products (Okta, ID Verification, JIT).
• Analyze and implement authorization methods (RBAC, ABAC, PBAC); manage lifecycle and access certifications.
• Configure and tailor IAM solutions to client needs and integrate with cloud platforms.
• Review IAM technical papers and guide team on future offerings.
• Manage identity lifecycle events; assign permissions and handle role changes.
• Integrate with directories (cloud/on-prem) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Align business needs with identity creation/deletion, vaulting, and password management.
• Create/update metrics; automate data collection and aggregation.
• Build automation with PowerShell, RPA, SQL, and Power Automate.
• Participate in client meetings to understand needs and outcomes.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
