Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• 6+ years of relevant engineering or security experience.
• Experience owning technical platforms or major initiatives.
• Experience mentoring or leading other engineers.
• Strong ability to design secure, scalable environments.
• Advanced problem-solving and technical leadership capabilities.
• Experience influencing architecture and engineering standards.
• Strong mentoring and knowledge-sharing skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs and leads implementation of complex security systems and enhances existing platforms
• Leads design and contributes to roadmap planning and operational strategy for security tooling
• Leads complex engineering initiatives and cross-team efforts
• Defines and enforces technical standards and best practices
• Mentors junior engineers and supports team development
• Drives improvements in system performance, scalability, and reliability
