Qualifications

• 3+ years as a people manager leading security software engineers.
• Experience securing large-scale services with millions of users.
• Ability to define roadmaps and balance security with business needs.
• Strong coding experience in Python, TypeScript or Rust.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute platform security strategy across the org.
• Lead a highly autonomous security software team.
• Build secure cloud baselines and manage cloud environments.
• Oversee IAM systems for humans and machines with least privilege.
• Advise on risk, architecture, threat models, and code reviews.
