Job summary

Wealth Management seeks an IAM Engineer to design and operate privileged access management across the enterprise. The role requires strong Idira experience and a focus on security controls and governance.

First 90 days are on site, then one day per week work-from-home is available in Camas, WA or Plano, TX. Bachelor-level degree and various security certifications are preferred; USC or GC status is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on Idira experience across Idira Cloud Platform, EPM, LCD and Idira SaaS Cloud Base.
• 3+ years implementing enterprise-wide privileged access management across medium- to large-scale companies.
• 3+ years as a systems engineer in Financial Services.
• 1+ years hands-on experience with IGA systems such as SailPoint.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and provision users, store service accounts and password rotations, manage credentials for interactive, non-interactive, and API-based access.
• Implement privileged access management programs to improve security posture with measurable metrics.
• Manage configuration, administration, and maintenance of Idira solution including infrastructure and application.
• Oversee documentation and training for privileged access management, including policies and control standards.
• Report progress and system health through risk-driven metrics and KPIs.
• Address ticket queue and follow change management procedures.
• Assess risk and recommend enhancements to security and processes.
• Stay updated on security technologies and industry trends; provide IAM/PAM subject matter expertise.

Education

Bachelor's degree in information assurance, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field

CyberArk / Idira Certification (Defender and Sentry)

Security industry certification (CISSP, SSCP, CISM, SANS GSEC, ECSA, ECSP, and Security+)
