Job summary

Wealth Management is seeking an IAM Engineer to onboard users, manage privileged access, and implement PAM programs across a major financial services organization. You will configure Idira solutions, maintain security controls, and develop policy documentation, with a focus on risk-driven metrics and best practices.

The role requires 3–5+ years with Idira and 3+ years in financial services, plus SailPoint experience. On-site for the initial period, then hybrid work with weekly WFH options.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on experience with Idira (Idira Cloud Platform, EPM, LCD, Idira SaaS Cloud Base).
• 3+ years implementing enterprise PAM across mid to large-sized organizations.
• 3+ years as a systems engineer in Financial Services.
• 1+ years hands-on experience with IGA systems such as SailPoint.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and provision users, store service accounts and password rotations, manage credentials, including interactive, non-interactive, and API-based.
• Implement privileged access management programs to improve security posture with measurable metrics.
• Configure, administer, and maintain Idira solution infrastructure and application.
• Develop policies and control standards; document training for PAM solutions and processes.
• Report progress and system health via risk-driven KPIs and metrics.
• Address ticket queue and follow change management procedures.
• Assess risk and recommend security enhancements for IAM/PAM technologies and industry best practices.
