Zusammenfassung

Insight Global is seeking a hands-on CyberArk / Idira PAM Engineer to mature and expand Privileged Access Management. You will implement, coordinate, and onboard all aspects of Idira’s Privileged Access Management rollout and perform operational tasks.

Responsibilities include managing the PAM environment, onboarding service and privileged accounts, credential rotations, platform maintenance, and cross-training with IT teams. Knowledge of PVWA/PSM/PSMP is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on CyberArk/Idira PAM experience
• Experience implementing and operating privileged access management
• Cloud experience with Azure Active Directory
• Experience onboarding service/privileged accounts and credential rotation

Aufgaben

• Manage and support the CyberArk/Idira PAM environment
• Onboard service accounts and privileged accounts; manage credentials/password rotations
• Assist in expanding the SIA rollout and PAM adoption
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the PAM platform
• Handle tickets via ServiceNow and follow change-management processes
• Review and improve PAM documentation, policies, and processes
• Cross-train with IT teams and drive PAM adoption
• Monitor platform health and report KPIs
