Wealth Management seeks an IAM Engineer to drive privileged access management across our enterprise. You will implement Idira solutions, onboard users, manage credentials, and collaborate with security and IT teams to strengthen access controls within a financial services environment.

Required are 3–5+ years with Idira/SailPoint, a Bachelor's in a related field, and USC/GC status. You will monitor performance via KPIs, develop governance policies, and stay current on IAM best practices.

Qualifications

3–5+ years hands-on experience with Idira Cloud Platform and related Idira tools.
3+ years implementing enterprise PAM across medium to large companies.
3+ years as a systems engineer in financial services.
1+ years hands-on experience with IGA systems such as SailPoint.

Responsabilités

Onboard and provision users, store service accounts and password rotations, manage credentials including interactive, non-interactive, and API-based.
Implement privileged access management programs to improve security posture with measurable metrics.
Manage configuration, administration, and maintenance of Idira solution including infrastructure and application.
Oversee documentation and training for PAM, define policies and control standards.
Report progress and system health through metrics and KPIs focused on risk and operations.
Address ticket queue and follow change management procedures.
Understand risk and make recommendations to enhance security and processes.
Stay current on security technologies and industry trends with IAM/PAM focus.
