Job summary

Fisher Investments seeks an Identity & Access Management Engineer to implement and operate Idira PAM cloud solutions. You will onboard users, manage credentials, and drive policy development while coordinating with security teams in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Role emphasizes hands-on Idira administration, threat awareness, and collaboration with the IAM team. This in-office position may offer hybrid arrangements based on tenure and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Idira IAM/PAM experience.
• 3+ years implementing enterprise PAM across medium to large firms.
• 3+ years as systems engineer in financial services.
• 1+ years with IGA systems (SailPoint).
• Experience with password repositories and remote session governance policies.
• Strong IAM/PAM ecosystem knowledge and governance.

Responsibilities

• Onboard users, manage credentials, and rotate service accounts.
• Implement PAM programs to improve security posture.
• Manage Idira solution configuration and administration.
• Develop policies and control standards documentation.
• Report system health via risk-based metrics and KPIs.
• Address ticket queue and change management procedures.
• Assess risk and recommend security enhancements.
• Stay updated on IAM/PAM trends and provide SME input.
