Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Senior IAM Engineer to design, implement and maintain enterprise IAM solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise, technical leadership and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct reports.

You will partner with IT, Security and Application teams to enforce secure access patterns and automate identity lifecycles. The ideal candidate has 5+ years with IGA solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta), 5 years AD/Entra ID

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years working with an IGA solution (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta).
• 5+ years administering Active Directory and/or Entra ID.
• 2+ years programming or scripting (Java, C#, Python, PowerShell).
• 2+ years with Privileged Access Management (Entra PIM, CyberArk, PAM 360).
• 2+ years developing API integrations (SOAP/REST).
• 2+ years customer-facing IT service experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM RBAC roles, workflows, and certifications for IAM and PAM.
• Define identity identification, authentication and privilege controls in IAM systems.
• Automate user provisioning and de-provisioning across joiner/mover/leaver events.
